You may still be able to access the WebReg portal even if you have forgotten or do not know your MPC ID number. Please try one of the following methods:
- If you applied recently to MPC, please refer to your welcome email. The ID number will be a nine digit number beginning with 90X-XXX-XXX
- You may be able to use your social security number in place of the ID number. Please enter the SSN without any symbols or spaces
- You may try to use the recovery links on the WebReg portal login page. These are located in the burgundy column on the left side of the page.
Please note: The system sends the recovery information to the email address on file within the student account. If you no longer have access to the email account, or need to add or change the email address, please complete a Personal Information Update form.
If the above methods do not work, please come to the Admissions & Records office with a valid photo ID. Upon verifying your identity in person, a staff member will be able to provide you with your MPC ID number.
