You may still be able to access the WebReg portal even if you have forgotten or do not know your Pin Code. Please try one of the following methods:
- The first time logging into the portal, the Pin Code is set to the student's date of birth. Please enter your date of birth in MMDDYYYY format.
Example: January 6, 1987 would be entered as 01061987
- If you have previously logged into the system, you may try any numerical pin code that is four to eight numbers in length. (Please note: Letters and symbols are not part of the Pin Code.)
- You may try to use the recovery links on the WebReg portal login page. These are located in the burgundy column on the left side of the page.
Please note: The system sends the recovery information to the email address on file within the student account. If you no longer have access to the email account, or need to add or change the email address, please complete a Personal Information Update form.
If the above methods do not work, please come to the Admissions & Records office with a valid photo ID. Upon verifying your identity in person, a staff member will be able to reset your Pin Code back to your eight digit date of birth.
