If the course you are registered in has the option of both letter grade (LG) and pass/no pass (P/NP) grading options, you may be able to change your grading option.  Students have the ability to switch their grading options up until the deadline to request pass/no pass grading option. 


To change your grading option, please log into your WebReg portal.  Next, on the portal homepage, select the 'Class Schedule/Fees' link.  Then, select the appropriate semester.  You should now see your current class schedule.  If the pass/no pass grading option is selected for a course, a 'Y' will appear in the P/NP column.


To change your grading option, please click on 'Change' and follow the on page prompts to complete the checkout process.  This link will only be available until the deadline to request pass/no pass grading option.


Once you have completed the checkout process, please verify the changes by viewing your 'Class Schedule/Fees' page.  All changes to your schedule will immediately appear.



Please note:  You may see a message in red font (similar to the one pictured below) warning about second attempts.  

Please disregard this message.  Changing your grading option will not count as a second enrollment in the course.
