Each term, in order to register for classes, each student is assigned a registration date. Starting on this date, the student will be able to register for classes. The student will NOT be able to register before their assigned registration date. However, the student can register after this date until the last date allowed to register for a class.
The registration date can be found by logging into myMPC and going to the Registration Self-Service tile. 
After clicking on this tile, select Prepare for Registration
Next select the term that you want to register for classes. After selecting the term, you will get a screen that says Registration Status. It may look something like the screen below. Green rows are items that are in place and allow for registration. Red/pink rows are areas where there may be a problem that needs to be addressed before you are allowed to register.
In the example below the individual is told on the last line that they can not register yet and that their registration date is 11/19/2025 starting at 8:00am and continues until 6/10/2025 which is at the end of the semester. Thus, 11/19/2025 at 8:00am is their registration date and time.
